Thank you for shopping with ImagePlayground London. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
14-Day Return Right
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at cs@i-m-ageplayground.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Photographic film (once the sealed packaging has been opened)
- Instant film packs (once opened)
- Any item that cannot be resold due to hygiene or consumable reasons
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at cs@i-m-ageplayground.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
